The design incorporates a globe representing the mission field/Earth, a cross, symbolizing salvation in Christ, and a square representing the church. The dark incoming arrows show seeking souls coming to the cross for cleansing and forgiveness, while the white outgoing arrows depict born-again believers spreading the Gospel to the four corners of the world.
